The prize draw is organised by REMA TEC GmbH, Zum Heckgraben 10, 76646 Bruchsal (hereinafter “REMA TEC”). Legal organiser of the event: to be confirmed.
80 tickets for the Special Event with Nils Strassburg on 30 May 2027 at REMA TEC in Bruchsal will be drawn from among all entrants. Each winner receives one ticket. Companion: to be confirmed. The prize cannot be paid out in cash or exchanged.
Entries are accepted from to be confirmed until to be confirmed (closing date). Entries received after this date will not be considered.
The prize draw is open to natural persons. Minimum age: to be confirmed. Excluded from participation are to be confirmed. Participation is free of charge and does not require a purchase.
Entry is only possible via the form at rema-tec.de/events/nils-strassburg, stating first name, last name and email address and confirming these terms of participation. Each person may enter only once; the email address is decisive. Signing up constitutes entry into the prize draw and is not a ticket confirmation.
Participation only becomes valid once the email address has been confirmed via the link in the confirmation email. Unconfirmed entries are not included in the draw. Confirmation must be completed before the closing date.
Both consents to receive information from Nils Strassburg or from REMA TEC are voluntary. They are not a condition of entry and have no effect on your chances of winning.
After the closing date, the winners will be drawn on to be confirmed by random selection. Procedure: to be confirmed. Winners will be notified by email at the address provided.
If a winner does not confirm the prize within to be confirmed of being notified, using the button in the winner email, the prize is forfeited and will be to be confirmed.
REMA TEC may exclude from participation anyone who breaches these terms, provides false information or uses unauthorised aids. In this case, a prize may also be revoked retrospectively.
REMA TEC reserves the right to modify or end the prize draw for good cause, for example in the event of technical faults or if the event cannot take place.
German law applies. Recourse to the courts is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

To process your entry, we use your first name, last name, email address, the time of sign-up, the version of the terms of participation you accepted and your choices regarding the voluntary options. To prevent misuse, we also store a non-reversible hash of your IP address that changes daily. We use this data to run the prize draw, notify winners and prevent multiple entries.
The legal basis is the performance of the prize draw pursuant to Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. For the voluntary information from Nils Strassburg or REMA TEC, the legal basis is your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You additionally confirm this consent via a link in an email (double opt-in). You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future.
Your data will only be passed on to Nils Strassburg if you have selected and confirmed the corresponding option. Scope and recipients: to be confirmed. To send emails, we use to be confirmed .
We delete the entry data to be confirmed after the prize draw has ended. Data from confirmed consents is stored until you withdraw your consent.
